Chopta - Chopta located on the Gopeshwar-Ukhimath Road about 40 kms. from Gopeshwar is at an elevation of about 2,900 m above sea level.
Dehradun - The Doon Valley is to be found between the two most important rivers of India.It is one of the wealthier and more literate regions of India. Neither of which is amazing when you realize that two of the major industries are oil and education. Although it’s not a region with much oil, Dehradun is home to the ONGC (Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited)
