Break up in love is pathetic and painful. The pain can be felt by those who only faced similar situations in life. Break up can waste your energy, vigor and vitality. Your normal flow of life is disturbed and your productivity and confidence become low. nobody want to lose their love But it’s a part of life. Although it is very difficult to get out of that initial set back, but still victims should try to move on immediately to reduce further damages. Here are some suggestions to avoid heavy damages due to break up in love.

First change your perception. The way you were looking to life is now changed. You should change your perception too. Falling in love is easy but rising in love is tough. Try rising in love. Always think that you have done your best as per the circumstances and situation that time. Never repent thinking that you should do that , perhaps if you could do that and bla bla. There is no way to revert back things from past. Past is past. Better try to analyze and learn from the mistakes. Be happy for your new experience and learning. Never feel guilty. Remember one thing that if there is true love, nothing can be a problem in between both of you but true love is a platonic term and it is rarely found on this earth. Love is an ongoing feeling that also changes with time like any other things in this world. Love is a blissful feeling of happiness from within your soul. If you are not getting it or trying hard to get it, then there is certainly a problem. So never be moron and let it be as it is now. Don’t run after it. Better take your time, try to understand it and make yourself more mature to embark in it. Don’t run , don’t nag or chase, rather give it your best to grow.

Set a good time frame and give your best. Patience is a virtue, but if still you are getting trouble and getting bad response from the opposite end, then yes, your decision of breaking up is fine. Be prepare for the break up and strictly follow the following steps to overcome the pain as quickly as possible. Nothing is inevitable in life and there should not be any pressure/possessiveness/demand in love.

- Kill your addiction/attraction first. Think there is not a single hope of getting back him/her. You will feel immense pain, you will be mad, act crazy, but hold on. It’s true. The more you hope now, the more you will suffer in future if the bonding is more from your side. Now keep all the physical evidences such as gifts, photos, greetings, sms, emails far away from you. You can delete those. It will help. Remember if you get back your love, you will get those again. For now you should not have that sentimental emotion. You are right what you are doing now.

- Never call him/her up. If she/he calls you back, pick up the phone but talk less. Remember, don’t entertain any intense personal talk. Only limited conversation. Stand out clearly what you are now. Don’t react. Be calm, patient and listen. Answer in a firm assertive tone. There should not be over reaction that you are very happy or you are very sad. Keep your emotion within yourself for the time being. Be confident and positive.

- Never sms, email or call him/her back from your side. Don’t meet. Make it a habit for at least 6 months. Yes for at least 6 months.

- If in the mean time, opposite person calls you , wants to meet you, be strict, make your stand clear. Learn to say no for this time. If in extreme genuine case he/she needs your help, do it but again keeping your emotions aside. Be a gentleman, gentle person by your act, not by your words. Do it but don’t expect anything in return. Do it thinking that you have done this for friendship. After all, friendship is the base of love. Be happy, forget and forgive.

- FORGIVE FORGIVE FORGIVE – Forgive the opposite person and forgive yourself too. If you can’t forgive him/her and can’t forgive yourself too, you will be the most sufferer. That means you are still carrying the mark of your break up with you. This is extremely bad and harmful for your physical and mental health.

- Make yourself busy. Involve in busy schedule. Do whatever you like. Work on your passion. Think as less as possible regarding the past event. Plan something new and work on that. You can join a local gym, do some business, and involve yourself in some charity camp and creative programs. Make a world of your own.

- Love yourself. Don’t drink or smoke much. Prepare yourself for a new change. You can change your haircut; can try changing your look too. Gradually you will get confidence.

- After these steps, you can join social clubs and make friends. Never bring up old topic at first. Be funny, cheerful and flirt openly. If you flirt and be open to the opposite person that you are not thinking anything serious right away, you will get many good friends. In an close friend circle then you can share your past incident in a gist and in a controlled way not spoiling the mood of others. You can find similar experienced friend circle who can help you boost up your confidence.

- Never distrust or never be critical in judgment looking into your past life. Don’t judge other people from your past experience. Be open. As time changes, people also change. So accept life as it is a gift to you to learn new things, to experience the extreme odd. Remember, the more you pass through difficult situation, the more chances to get success in life.

- If you try these, one day you will see that you don’t have any problem talking to that person or meeting him/her again. Be open for friendship if he/she agrees. You will feel relaxed and cool. If miracle happens, you can get back your ex again. All that helps is your changed attitude – the more mature, the more confident new you. If again you have to accept him/her, go by actions, especially observing his/her small actions, not by sweet words. If his/her actions prove worthy for your love and if you can still love him/her again, if you again feel that happiness and bond from within, then go go go..

Or else if this does not happen, then move on. Now, you are so built that nothing can strike you again.
