Backstreet Boys This Is Us They Are Back And Better Than Ever

In 1993, the Backstreet Boys were considered to be just another boy bad that Lou Pearlman put together. The group consisted of five talented singers, Howie Dorough, AJ McLean, Nick Carter, Kevin Richardson and Brian Littrell. Although Kevin Richardson has decided to opt out of this album, to start up a family, his band members are still foreseeing a comeback somewhere in this singers future.

Once again the Backstreet Boys have worked together, minus Richardson, to bring us their seventh, and said to be best, album yet. “This Is Us” is scheduled to be released by RCA Records, in the European areas, on October 5th. The United Stated release, by Jive Records, is scheduled for the following day.

Trying to regain some of their lost momentum since their incredible Millennium album hit the charts in 1999 with hits like I Want It That Way and All I Have To Give, they are once again collaborating with producer Max Martin who was responsible for the I Want it That Way hit track.

Not only have they collaborated with Max Martin, on this album, but they also teamed with producer, songwriter Red One. Red One has successfully assisted Lady Gaga with hit singles such as “Poker Face” and “Just Dance”, therefore the Backstreet Boys felt that it would be a great plus to have her collaborate on their album, and had her produce the albums lead track, “Straight Through My Heart”.

Although The Backstreet Boys have had many failed attempts at solo careers and albums, it is said that “This Is Us” is the album that will put them back on the charts again. With thirteen hits in the top 40 and over 100 million albums sold during their career, it appears that they are due for another hit sometime soon.
